Please join us for the 12th Annual Tatum CITO event in Tatum, Texas at the posted coordinates on 4-27-24. This event includes doing some CITO chores, door prizes for everyone, pecan pie, geocache container contest, and lots of fun and laughs.
Schedule: (subject to change and based on ish)
9:45 - Start gathering at posted coordinates and turn in entries for the cache container contest.
10:00 - Announcements, begin CITO project.
10:40 - Return to posted coordinates, draw ticket, collect door prize, and eat pecan pie.
10:55 - Group photo.
11:15 - Event concludes, line up for FTF caravan.
What to bring?
Bring your chair, bring your trash grabber, bring some gloves, and maybe your umbrella.
This event will not rain out or be postponed due to cold, so please prepare for the weather conditions.
Caches entered into the cache container contest will remain the property of entrant. Winners will be announced at the event later in the day.
There will be other events published around this one, so keep an eye out for the Friday night fish fry event and our wrap up event on Saturday afternoon.
Please log a “will attend” with a headcount of your party as soon as possible so we can make sure we have enough door prizes and pecan pie for everyone.
Tatum only has one motel, so make your reservations early. Martin Creek Lake State Park has cabins, tent sites, and RV sites. There are also 2 new RV lots in the area now as well.
