Eigentlich wurden in Erding 1983 Bohrungen durchgeführt, um Erdöl- und Gasvorkommen aufzuspüren. Stattdessen stieß man hier in 2350 Metern Tiefe auf 65°C warmes, fluorid- und schwefelhaltiges Thermalwasser. Im Jahr 1999 wurde die Therme Erding eröffnet und diese bietet neben der Thermenlandschaft einen großen Saunabereich, ein Wellenbad und einen großen Rutschenbereich innen und außen.
Wenn ich unterwegs bin und mich jemand fragt, wo ich herkomme, antworte ich meistens mit „Erding“. Viele erwidern darauf hin: „Ach da, wo das Weißbier herkommt!“. Mittlerweile bekommt man aber immer öfter als Antwort: „Da ist doch die größte Therme der Welt!“.
Bei einem Besuch der Therme in Erding, schauen wir auf dem Parkplatz immer neugierig auf die Kennzeichen der vielen Autos, um zu sehen, wo denn die ganzen Gäste herkommen.
Die Logaufgabe ist daher:
Zeichnet ein Kennzeichen, wie im Beispiel, welches Eurer Herkunftsland, die Region bzw. den Landkreis, sowie euren Cachernamen und die Zahlen des Logdatums enthält. Sucht euch an der Therme ein Motiv, welches Euren Besuch hier zweifelsfrei nachweist und macht ein Foto, auf dem das Kennzeichen dort zu sehen ist und fügt dieses Bild dem Logeintrag bei.
Logs, welche die Logbedingungen nicht erfüllen werden kommentarlos gelöscht. Nachträglich bearbeitete Bilder werden nicht akzeptiert!

Drilling was actually carried out in Erding in 1983 to detect oil and gas deposits. Instead, thermal water containing fluoride and sulfur was encountered at a depth of 2,350 meters at a temperature of 65°C. The Logtask is therefore:
Draw a label, as in the example, which contains your country of origin, an abbreviation of the region or district in which you live, as well as your cacher name / nickname and the numbers of the log day and month. Find a spot at the thermal bath that clearly shows your visit and take a photo that shows the licence plate at the spot and add this picture to the log entry.
Logs that do not meet the log conditions will be deleted without comment. Subsequently edited images will not be accepted!
