The first Montour Trail Cleanup of 2024 will be taking place on March 30th! This will be our second full year of holding a monthly cleanup along one of the area's premier trails. To kick 2024 off, we will be meeting at mile 0 and working our way south along the trail towards Robinson. We will work our way out to about three quarters of a mile and turn around and head back the other direction. There could be a lot of trash along the trail from winter or we could luck out and have a very clean section. Let's plan on meeting on March 30th at 1:30 PM and the CITO will go until 3:00 PM. I will bring the usual supplies with me; garbage bags and gloves. If you want to bring your own gloves and litter pick up tools, that is great! I will also have a box of joe and donut holes to get everyone sugared up before we head out!
