Who: This event is open to the public. You do NOT have to be a member of the MnGCA to attend this event. Veteran geocachers, newer geocachers and people who just want to learn what geocaching is about are all welcome. Geocaching is a family oriented activity and so is this event. Bring the kids!
What: A social event with lunch and geocaching activities. We will have geocaching, games, prizes, and more!
When: Saturday, April 27, 2024 ~ 12:30 -3:30 p.m.
Where: Woodland Trails Regional Park Pavilion, Elk River, MN (Sherburne County,)
Why: Because it's just plain fun! This is a great chance to "cache" up with friends old and new!
Potluck
MnGCA will provide the charcoal and paper products.
We would ask that you all bring your own entree and maybe something to share with the group. If you have a signature item, please feel free to bring that; we just ask that to you mention it on your 'will attend' log. Otherwise, use the following to determine what you might bring based on your geocaching name. If your geocaching name starts with:
0-9 or A-F Salad or a Side dish
G-M Chips or Snacks
N-R Beverages
S-Z Dessert

12:30 - 1:00 - Socialize in the area (while the coals heat up)
1:00 - 2:00 - Lunch
2:10-ish - Official Photo
2:00 - 3:30 - Continue to socialize, go geocaching
3:30 Event is over and cleanup
