This war memorial is dedicated to the First World War.
There is no cache at the posted co-ords, but the info to get the final cache is needed there. The posted co-ordinates are for the memorial, so that's the "Virtual stage." I've added a parking waypoint too.
If you want to find the final cache, you will need to work out these numbers/missing letters. The formulae is below.

A = The Second digit on the first date on the memorial = ?
B = Behind the memorial, there is a list of names on a metal plaque. In the second column of names, how many letters are in the fourteenth surname = ?
C = How many letters are there in the first word (in underlined writing) on the metal plaque behind the memorial = ?
Now for the westings:
D = How many lines of text are there on the fourth level up from the ground of the memorial = ?
E = How many sides does the base of the memorial have + 1 = ?
F = On the pavement beside the memorial, how many connected manhole covers are there = ?
