Aston war memorial cross is mounted on a square tapering shaft
that stands on a three stepped octagonal base with inscriptions on the sides of the pedestal.
WW1 inscription on all sides of plinth in black lettering.
Additional WW2 inscription on one side of middle step on base.
The memorial is surrounded by a border garden and enclosed by a post and chain fence,
standing in the Square in the centre of the village of Aston.
In front of the memorial you will find AB flag/paving stones leading up to it

To the right of the memorial is a metal bench with a plaque commemorating a jubilee in CDEF
