I am placing this cache for the memories of my childhood Summers and many Christmases when my family would come and spend time with my grandparents. My brother and I made some friends here in town; they had bikes and we brought ours. In order to keep us from being underfoot our parents sent us out to play, and we did. The four of us would race our bikes at the starting line in front of Norman Lutheran Church, turn Left on Third, Left on Arthur Ave then we'd fly down 2nd St. for three laps and take the odd shortcut through the church parking lot. We would do this all Summer long, and almost every year we would come up here.
I live in Bellevue, Nebraska so I am unable to maintain this cache, so if you come to visit this cache, please make sure to top off the SWAG and send me a pic of the container and contents.
