Come meet with the founders of Bamarama in downtown Elberta at 12:30 pm. and receive a raffle ticket good towards BamaRama's Grand Prize. Below is an optional side game that you can choose to play with us after the meet is complete. You are by no means required to play the game below..... but we hope you will !!!! Come drive around Historic downtown Elberta, Alabama. With Geocachers now here, the population will DOUBLE in this quaint little town. You will be searching for a number of SPECIAL cache containers around town that have unique questions asked of them. You will then travel to the outskirts of town to find a few more SPECIAL cache containers. We call this an Elberta-style Poker Run. After getting all your cache container questions answered, you will then drive to a secret undisclosed site. There the REAL fun begins as we hand out special one-of-a-kind hand-made official BAMARAMA memorable prizes. You will be the envy of GEOCACHERS everywhere! Your muggle friends, well they just won't get it. We encourage you to do this poker run in teams of 4 riding in one vehicle. We would like some geocachers to leave their vehicles at the starting meeting point and carpool with other geocachers. This will help cut down on congestion and just make things more fun ! Oh the conversations you will have the 4 of you in a vehicle searching for the unknowns.........making them known !
******PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING A FOLDING CHAIR WITH YOU DURING THE POKER RUN, IT WILL BE NEEDED AT THE FINAL DESTINATION !!!! WE PROMISE YOU A HECTIC, SILLY, THINKING WITH ALL SENSES, MEMORABLE DAY ! PLEASE TAKE PICTURES AND POST TO # BAMARAMA.
YOU SHOULD MAKE IT TO THE FINAL DESTINATION BY 3:30pm. ALL ANSWER SHEETS TO BE HANDED IN BY 4PM SHARP....PRIZE PRESENTATION BEGINS SHORTLY THEREAFTER. FINAL DESTINATION PROVIDES LIMITED FOOD, DRINKS, RESTROOM AND FABULOUS PRIVATE BEACH.
