Avast ye Scallywags! It's time to splice the main brace m' landlubbers and celebrate International Talk Like a Pirate Day (albeit a week late)...and what better way than with a great big rum 'n' raisin ice-cream (though they're known to be fond of poor bear flavour too...and vanilla, banana, chocolate, strawberry...well, lets just say they LOVE ice-cream!)
Event is from 7.30 until 8pm but we'll be there much longer than that! FTF will be drawn at 8.00pm with piratey plunder.
The venue is Juliano's, Broughshane Street, Ballymena. There is no requirement to purchase anything at the café and we have reserved an area at the back left hand side. If you wish to order do so at the counter when you come in & hand over yer pieces of eight.
Lots of car park spaces nearby & some on-street parking is available but it's pot-luck (unlimited stay after 6pm). The closest car park to the venue is Garfield Place on Granville Drive (free after 6pm, normal charge is 60p/hr or £1 for up to 5 hours). There is a walkway (not a plank!) beside Cameron's (4 storey department store) from the car park that will bring you out almost opposite the venue.
