Welcome to the 15th Anniversary of SideTracked Day, which falls in 2022 and is just outside the main entrance of Manchester Piccadilly Train Station in Manchester City Centre.
Manchester Piccadilly is the main railway station in Manchester, England, which was originally opened as Store Street in 1842, then renamed as Manchester London Road in 1847, before finally becoming Manchester Piccadilly in 1960. It has 14 platforms used by trains as well as 2 platforms used by trams, with over 32 million passengers using the station in the year 2019/2020, before the pandemic affected the numbers using the station, though travellers have started to return more frequently in the last 12 months.
I plan on holding a short event outside of the station entrance, and hope to see you there!
