Šis ir bonusa slēpnis 16 slēpņu sērijai, kas ļauj atklāt Latvijas dabas vērtības un iepazīt nozīmīgas dabas daudzveidības saglabāšanas iniciatīvas, kas īstenotas Latvijā laikā no 2002. līdz 2022. gadam. LIFE programma ir Eiropas Komisijas finanšu instruments vides kvalitātes un klimata pārmaiņu inovatīvu un ilgtspējīgu uzlabojumu veikšanai. Galvenais LIFE programmas mērķis ir veicināt Eiropas Savienības vides un klimata politikas īstenošanu, attīstību un aktualizēšanu, piešķirot līdzfinansējumu projektiem, kas atbilst LIFE programmas mērķiem un rada papildus pievienoto vērtību Eiropas Savienībai.
LIFE programma Latvijā darbojas no 2001.gada gada un ar tās atbalstu veiksmīgi realizēti vairāk nekā 50 projekti.

This geocache is a bonus cache for a series of 16 geocaches that invites You to discover Latvia's natural values and learn about significant biodiversity conservation initiatives implemented in Latvia between 2002 and 2022. To find this cache, collect the values found in the caches, sort them by numbering order, and enter in certitudes.org. Cache itself is D1, T1.5.
The LIFE programme is the European Commission's financial instrument for innovative and sustainable improvements in environmental quality and climate change. The main objective of the LIFE Programme is to contribute to the implementation, development and updating of the European Union's environment and climate policy by co-financing projects that meet the objectives of the LIFE Program and provide added value to the European Union.
The LIFE programme has been operating in Latvia since 2001 and with its support more than 50 projects have been successfully implemented.
