Slēpnis atrodas pie Abulas dabas takas. Slēpnis sastāv no mikro konteinera un viesu grāmatiņas. Ja dabas takā plānojiet atrast tikai šo slēpni, iesaku doties aptuveni 1,5 km garā pārgājienā atbilstoši slēpņa maršruta punktiem pa labi (izņemot pašu sākumu) iezīmēto Abulas dabas taku. Šajā posmā dabas taka ir labi iestaigāta, bet dažviet tai apkārt ir pagara zāle, arī nātres, brist nenāksies, bet ar šortiem var nebūt komfortabli. Vai var piebraukt tuvāk slēpnim? Iespējams, var. Bet tad nevainojiet autoru par negatīvām emocijām, kas var rasties, šķērsojot privātīpašumu, kontaktējoties ar privātīpašniekiem, brienot ārpus takām.
Slēpnis saucas Vecpuisis. Kāpēc? 2021.gada 17.jūnijā mans brālis, šeit atrodams zem kopējā profila JJGrund, veiksmīgi apprecējās. Tomēr, tā kā apkārt plosījās Covid 19, tad kāzas bija bez vēriena, nebija iespējams noorganizēt ne vecpuišu vakaru, ne arī kāzu svinības, kas tika atliktas… Līdz šim brīdim!!! Tieši šodien 2.jūlijā mēs dodamies vecpuišu pārgājienā no Valmieras uz Brenguļiem, kura laikā vecpuisis centīsies atrast arī šo sev veltīto slēpni. Attiecīgi FTF skrējējiem - mēģināt nav aizliegts, bet šoreiz nav vērts.
Pati Abulas dabas taka ir apmēram 12 kilometrus gara, iesaku to iziet visu. Var sākt no Valmieras, pastaigāties gar Gauju, tad gar Gaujas pieteku Abulu, paralēli meklējot citus šīs dabas takas slēpņus, un nosvinēt pārgājiena beigas Brenguļu alus darītavas alus dārzā. Taka iet pa mežu, klajumu un iestaigātām taciņām, gar divām senām muižām – Jaunbrenguļu un Vecbrenguļu muižu. Dabā Abulas dabas taka ir marķēta ar zili baltu marķējumu.

The cache is called Bachelor in Latvian. Why? On June 17, 2021, my brother, in geocaching under the profile JJGrund, successfully married. However, as Covid 19 was on rampage, the wedding could not be very big, it was not possible to organize the bachelor party and the wedding party, which was postponed… Until now!!! Exactly today, July 2, we are going on a bachelor hike from Valmiera to Brenguli, during which the bachelor will try to find this geocache, dedicated to him.
The Abula nature trail itself is about 12 kilometers long, I recommend going through it all. You can start from Valmiera, walk along the river Gauja, then along the tributary of the Gauja Abula, at the same time looking for other geocaches of this nature trail, and celebrate the end of the hike in the beer garden of Brenguli brewery. The trail goes through the forest, plains and walked paths, along two ancient manors - Jaunbrenguļi and Vecbrenguļi manor. Abula nature Trail is marked in blue and white.
