So this end-of-summer picnic has been going on for 19 years. There have been so many that had made this their first event, and have been back year after year. If you are a newbie to the game or have never been to an event then make this your first. We are friendly! The Event runs from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. It will be held rain or shine and there are shelters. There is a play area for little ones with plenty of room to run around.
As in the past, I would suggest you bring something for you or your group to grill for themselves. The grill will be provided by me. You can bring a side dish, dessert, or beverage to share if you want. Let's have a great turnout and meet as many new people as we can, as well as our regulars who make it to all the events. Dogs are allowed on a leash. Bring along a newbie to show them what we are all about. There are lots of caches in the Bangor area to make a fun and full day of caching. Hope to have a few door prizes to give out as well as the expected refrigerator magnets.
