Atrodamies pie pārmiju posteņa nr.1 gruvešiem, netālu no Komjauniešu dzelzceļa stacijas - otra Mežaparka bērnu dzelzceļa galastacija, un kura tika uzskatīta par visnozīmīgāko. Proti tajā bija 2 sliežu ceļi, 2 atzari, 2 pārmiju būdiņas un īss strupceļš uz kura atradās bērnu dzelzceļa 2 vienīgie kravas vagoni un viena platforma. Šajā stacijā arī "nakšņoja" viss ritošais sastāvs un lokomotīves. Pēc Latvijas neatkarības atjaunošanas, staciju pārsauca par "Jauniešu" UN tā bija visilgāk saglabājusies ēka no šī dzelzceļa - līdz 2010 gadam.

Mežaparka bērnu dzelzceļš bija viens no 52 PSRS laika fenomenālajiem bērnu dzelzceļiem, kurus būtībā pilnībā apkalpoja bērni un jaunieši no 10 - 18 gadu vecumam, protams pieaugušo uzraudzībā.
dzelzceļš tika atklāts 1956. gada 25. jūnijā, un tas strādāja katru gadu no maija līdz septembrim.
Tajā varēja strādāt visi bērni, kuri pa ziemu apmeklēja jauno tehniķu pulciņu "Baltijas dzelzceļā".
Viss dzelzceļs kopumā bija 2km un 100m garš. Sākās pie Meža prospekta - "Komjauniešu stacijā" un beidzās mežā, netālu no Jaunmīlgrāvja - "skolas stacijā". Pa vidu bija vēl viena stacija - "Pionieru", taču tās eka nodega jau 60. gados, tādēļ šī vieta skaitijās kā vienkāršs pieturas punkts.
Pirmā lokomotīve, kura apkalpoja šo dzelzceļu bija Гр-322 Tvaika lokomotīve, saņemta no gulbenes depo. Šī iemesla dēļ pie lokomotīvju apkopes vietas kādreiz atradās arī ūdens uzpildīšanas pumpis. Diemžēl tvaika prieki beidzās 1964. gadā
un pēc ilga lokomotīvju mainīšanas cikla, kurā ietilpa arī viena ТУ3 tipa lokomotīve, dzelzceļu beigās apkalpoja 2 ТУ2 tipa lokomotīves, kuras tika saņemtas no Igaunijas 1971-72 gadā un nostrādāja līdz līnijas slēgšanai.
diemžēl, 1997. gada maijā, naudas un uzturēšanas līdzekļu trūkuma dēļ, līnija tika oficiāli slēgta un daļa no tās ritošā sastāva tika atdota Alūksne - Gulbene dzelzceļam.
Stacijā "komjaunieši" vēl pāris gadus stāvēja izdemolēts un nodedzis pasažieru vagons līdz 2002. gadam, kad visas sliedes tika demontētas un vagonu aizvāca.
Komjauniešu stacijas ēkas grauzts vēl stāvēja līdz 2010. gadam līdz kamēr ziemā, smagā sniega dēļ, sabruka. Pēdējie gruveši novākti 2014. gadā.

-Sazvērestības teorija-
Dzelzceļš atrodas netālu no bijušās cara un PSRS laika eļļas bāzes. Tas, kā zināms ir stratēģisks - tādēļ slepens objekts. No šī objekta izveda sliežu ceļš pāri Viestura prospektam uz Sarkandaugavas staciju. Sazvērestības teorija stāsta, ka šis šaursliežu dzelzceļš būvēts lai nomaskētu eļļas bāzi mežaparkā un attaisnotu savādāk pilnīgi nejēdzīgo pārbauktuvi pāri Viestura prospektam.

MCR station "Komjauniešu" (communistic youth's)

We are located near the ruins of the switch post No. 1, near the the "Komjaunieši" (communistic youth's) station - the second terminal of the Mežapark children's railway, which was also considered the most important station. Namely, it had 2 tracks, 2 branches, 2 switch posts and a short dead-end on which the only 2 freight cars of the children's railway and one platform were located. All rolling stock and locomotives also stayed at this station during the night. After the restoration of Latvia's independence, the station was renamed to "Jauniešu" (youth's) it was also the longest preserved building from this railway - until 2010.

The Mežapark children's railway was one of the 52 phenomenal children's railways of the USSR period, which were entirely served by children and teens aged 10 - 18, under the supervision of adults, of course. the railway opened on June 25, 1956, and operated annually from May to September. Only children who visited the young technicians group in "Baltic railways" during the winter could work on the railroad. The entire railway was 2km and 100m long. It started at Meža prospekts - at the "Komjaunieši" station and ended in the forest, near Jaunmīlgrāvis- at the "school" station. There was another station in the middle - "Pioneer", but the building burned down in the 60s, so this place was considered a simple stopping point. The first locomotive that served this railway was a Gr-322 Steam locomotive, received from the Gulbene train depot. For this reason, there used to be a water filling pump near the locomotive maintenance area. Unfortunately, the steam fun ended in 1964 and after a long cycle of changing locomotives, which included one ТУ3 type locomotive, in the end of the railway was served by 2 ТУ2 type locomotives, which were received from Estonia in 1971-72 and worked until the line was closed. unfortunately, in May 1997, due to lack of money and maintenance funds, the line was officially closed and part of its rolling stock was given to the Alūksne - Gulbene railway. A vandalized and burnt passenger car was left at the "Komjaunieši" station for a couple of years until 2002, when all the tracks were dismantled and the car was removed. The ruined building of the "Komjaunieši" station was still standing until 2010, when it collapsed during the winter due to heavy snow. The last debris was removed in 2014. The railway had 2 branch lines from the "Komjaunieši" station - to the locomotive maintenance site and to the Sarkandaugava station (a special three-rail section. -Conspiracy Theory-
The railway is located near a former tsarist and USSR-era oil base. It's a strategic - therefore a secret object. From this facility, a track led across Viestura prospect to the Sarkandaugava station. The conspiracy theory says that this narrow-gauge railway was built to disguise the oil base in Mežaparks and to justify the otherwise completely pointless crossing over Viestura prospect.
