The pedestrian/bike path of the I-74 is officially open and it's time to explore it! I'll be at the glass oculus** (walking in from the Bettendorf side if you care to join me just before 9am) to take a group picture of the attendees. Maybe if we're lucky, a boat will pass under the glass while we're out there?!?
