It's been a few years since this festival was held and I can tell you from previous years, its one of the worst times to find yourself on the beach after its over with. You can expect this place to be absolutely trashed. I have however in the past years found some nice sunglasses, rings, watches, earrings... etc... that have been lost to the sand. So if you have a metal detector you may want to bring that as well.
I will provide the plastic bags and pickers and will take care of the disposal of the trash. Also included with be a event themed pinback CITO button for everyone who is able to attend. While I understand that this is scheduled to be in the morning, it is for good reason. Its generally still rather cool outside.
Please bring your own water to stay hydrated, sunscreen is recommended, and if you would rather pick up trash by hand, I recommend bringing your own gloves.
Please use the waypoints given. The first is a location with FREE PARKING! the 2nd waypoint is where we will all meet (across from where the free parking is). From there we will all head out to the beach and start to clean up the trash left behind from the festival.
