Album Keeper of the Seven Keys Part I vzniklo v roce 1987, tedy právě před 35 lety. Pro mnohé je to vrchol melodického metalu (rychlá kytarová sóla a vysoké hlasy) a současně mé zřejmě nejposlouchanější album vůbec. Klidně skupinu či desku v lozích kritizujte, protože ctím každý svobodný názor a neodsuzuji jiné žánry. Jenom prosím neplést skupinu Helloween a svátek Halloween, je to doslova pekelný rozdíl a mimochodem i záměrná slovní hříčka a nejdelší píseň tohoto alba. Dýně se stala symbolem skupiny, a proto se objevuje i v mém profilu. Nebudu citovat veřejné zdroje o kapele a raději doplním odkaz na přehrání Keeper of the Seven Keys Part I .
Album Keeper of the Seven Keys Part II vzniklo v roce 1988 a je možná ještě lepší než první díl. Pokud vás takzvaný powermetal zaujal, zkuste si pustit alespoň kousek třeba zde Keeper of the Seven Keys Part II .
Jak na keš:
Helloween vhazují na svém nejslavnějším dvojablu sedm klíčů do sedmi moří, aby je uzamkli. Vy k mořím putovat nemusíte a klíče (indicie) nikam nezahazujte, jinak nic nenajdete. Luštění berte s humorem, a pokud jsem někde udělal chybu, rád listing nebo indicie opravím.
V této části Prahy 9 má heavymetalový průmysl dlouhou tradici hlavně díky ČKD a já chci dokázat, že doba železná pokračuje. Prvohorní karbonové rámy kol nechte doma, na poslední dvě zastávky a na finálku se takto nedostanete. V celé oblasti jsou parkovací zóny, tedy doporučuji parkovat v podzemních garážích obchodního centra, které se jmenuje podle hudebního nástroje (ale lze jet i tramvají z Bubnů). Nejlepší je přijet MHD (=Metal Heavy Doprava), ačkoliv ji zajišťuje DP (=Disco Podnik) a zbytek jít pěšky.
Úvodní souřadnice vás zavedou na konec železnice do Malletovy ulice, což je ukrytá přesmyčka, neboť se ji báli nazvat Metallová. Tady však stage není. Pak možná půjdete přes křižovatku Harfa a následně třeba ulicí Ocelářská kolem vážně dobré prodejny kytar i bubnů až k místu, kde se snad letos konečně odehraje už třikrát odložený koncert. I zde se ukazuje, že jméno špatně navrhnuli, protože sázka na kyslík nevyšla a moje navržená stage Ocelová aréna by se nemusela přejmenovávat.
Příznivci speedmetalu jistě zvolí nejkratší cestu na stage 6 a ta je donutí vlastní reprosoustavou za zvuků nejrychlejšího a nejtvrdšího alba Helloween <Walls Of Jericho> (LP Walls Of Jericho 1985) rozvibrovat a zničit zeď u silnice. Nedoporučuji lovit v noci, jinak hrozí „...killer behind you / vrah za tebou...“ <Murderer> (EP Helloween 1985), a taky nechci za vás mít <Fear of the Fallen> (LP Helloween 2021). Nedoporučuji jít na finále v noci jen při <Starlight> (EP Helloween 1985), poněvadž pak hrozí <Rise and Fall> (LP Keeper Of The Seven Keys - Part II 1988). Ze stage 6 lze možná pozorovat <Skyfall> (LP Helloween 2021). Nechoďte přes koleje tramvají či vlaků ani přes silnice mimo přechody a podchody k tomu určené, jinak si po odlovu neřeknete <I'm Alive> (LP Keeper Of The Seven Keys - Part I 1987). Rovněž nedoporučuji dodržet název písně <You Always Walk Alone> (LP Keeper Of The Seven Keys - Part II 1988).
Kdo mě požádá o radu den po některém koncertě Helloween v ČR, tomu prozradím všechny indicie, to platí stále. Původně měla být keš celokovová a poblíž moc pěkné Stage 6, ale kvůli kolizi bohužel měním plány a vychytávku si schovávám na eventy.
Až získáte klíče A až F, dosaďte je do rovnic:

The album Keeper of the Seven Keys Part I came out 1987, exactly 35 years ago. Many consider it the pinnacle of melodic metal (fast guitar solos and high-pitched vocals), and it’s the album I listen to the most. Feel free to criticise the band or the album in your logs, I respect everybody’s opinion and I don’t condemn other genres. Just make sure not to confuse the band Helloween with the Halloween holiday. There’s literally a hell of a difference between the two, and the name is an intentional play on words, as well as the album’s longest song. They use a pumpking as the band’s symbol, which is why I keep it on my profile. Instead of copying publicly available info about the band, I’ll give you the link to Keeper of the Seven Keys Part I .
The album Keeper of the Seven Keys Part II came out in 1988 and it may be even better than its predecessor. If the so-called power metal caught your ear, you should check out, for example here Keeper of the Seven Keys Part II .
How to go about the cache:
On their most famous double-album, Helloween throw seven keys into the seven seas to lock them. You needn’t travel to any sea, and you shouldn‘t throw any keys (clues) away, either, or you won’t find a thing. Solving the cache should be fun, and if I made any mistakes, I’ll be happy to amend the listing.
The heavy metal industry has a long-standing tradition in this corner of Prague, mainly due to the ČKD steelworks. I want to show you that the age of iron isn’t over yet, so leave your carbon-framed bikes at home (the last two stages and the final location aren’t bikeable). Also, since parking is restricted in the whole area, I suggest you use the underground car park under the shopping centre named after an instrument (Harfa = harp). You can also take a drummy tram ride from Bubny (= drums). Either way, your best bet is to use public transport and then walk.
The posted coordinates will take you to the railway on Malletova street, which is just Metal street in disguise. There’s no stage here, though. You can cross the Harfa junction and then take Ocelářská street (=Steel street) where you’ll pass a great guitar and drums shop, but also a venue that will, hopefully, host a thrice-postponed concert this year.
Speedmetal fans will surely take the quickest route to stage 6, which will make them, under the beat of Helloween’s fastest and heavyest album <Walls Of Jericho> (LP Walls Of Jericho 1985), smash the wall next to the road. I don’t recommend coming here at night, otherwise you may fall victim of "...the killer behind you..." <Murderer> (EP Helloween 1985). I also don’t want you have <Fear of the Fallen> (LP Helloween 2021). Do not visit the final location at night with only <Starlight> (EP Helloween 1985), as you might <Rise and Fall> (LP Keeper Of The Seven Keys - Part II 1988). At stage 6, you may be able to watch the <Skyfall> (LP Helloween 2021). Do not cross railway or tram tracks, do not jaywalk and use the proper under/over passes or pedestrian crossings, otherwise you won’t be able to say <I'm Alive> (LP Keeper Of The Seven Keys - Part I 1987) after finding the cache. I also don’t recommend to obey the song <You Always Walk Alone> (LP Keeper Of The Seven Keys - Part II 1988).
If you ask me for help one day after Helloween played live in the Czech Republic, I’ll tell you all the clues. The cache was originally supposed to be a metallic case near stage 6, but due to proximity issues, I had to change plans.
Once you find keys A through to F, calculate as follows:
X = 10*(B+C+D+E+G) +C
Y = A*B*C + B+C+D+E+F
Then visit the final location. Use the checker just in case.
