About SideTracked Caches
This cache belongs to the SideTracked series. It is not designed to take you to a magical place with a breathtaking view. It's a distraction for the weary traveller, but anyone else can go and find it too. More Information can be found at the SideTracked Website.
About Swiss Cottage Station
Swiss Cottage is a tube station in zone 2 on the Jubilee line. It is named after a nearby pub originally called The Swiss Tavern and later renamed Swiss Cottage. The station was opened in 1939 as a Bakerloo line station and operated combined with the Metropolitan line's adjacent sub-surface Swiss Cottage station (opened in 1868). The Metropolitan line station was closed in 1940. The Bakerloo line station was transferred to the Jubilee line when it opened in 1979.
