Welcome to the Snail Trails, GEO-ART in the area of Sabile and Abava valley! Why snail? Because Sabile has vineyard that is full of winesnails, also known as escargots. On top of that, winesnail is depicted in the coat of arms of Abava parish. And snail just looks good on the map! 🐌
Take your time, no rush, and enjoy geocaching!
Travelling is fun. Combination of travelling and geocaching is even more fun! It has been my pleasure and luck to find caches in 21 country in Europe, Africa, Northern and Central America. Therefore I challenge you to join the traveller's club!
To meet the challenge, you must have found geocaches in 20 or more countries.
Alternatively, let's reduce number, but increase 'depth': you may have found geocaches in at least 15 countries, but one of them must be outside of Europe.
In both cases – locationless (reverse) cache type is excluded!
My geo-travel map is here (10 April 2022):
The cache IS at the posted coordinates. To log your find, use the checker to prove that you qualify for the challenge. You are welcome to sign the logbook earlier, post a 'write note' log now and register as 'found it' any time later when challenge is completed.
P.S. You will find bonus numbers on a few logbooks on the Snail trails - save them for bonus caches!
