2015. gadā tika izsludināts starptautisks metu konkurss, kurā piedalījās 15 pretendenti no Latvijas, Igaunijas, Lietuvas un Vācijas. Šajā reizē par labāko metu žūrijas komisija atzina Audrius Ambrasas no Viļņas (Lietuva) ēkas – kāpas siluetu.
Ēkas fasāde ir izgatavota no stikla un kapara apdares loksnēm. Lai kapars ar laiku nezaudētu mirdzumu, loksnes apstrādātas ar īpašu tehnoloģijas paņēmienu, kas Latvijā izmantots pirmo reizi. Kopējais ēkas augstākais punkts ir 30 metri, bet 26 metru augstumā izvietota skatu platforma, no kuras iespējams vērot Ventspils ainavu.
Lai piereģistrētu slēpni kā atrastu, nepieciešams uzņemt un pievienot ierakstam unikālu fotogrāfiju, kurā redzams skats no ēkas skatu platformas (ēkas augstākais punkts) vai terases un kurā redz pašu slēpņotāju (sejai nav obligāti jābūt redzamai), niku vai GPS ierīci. Visi ieraksti, kas neatbilst šiem kritērijiem, tiks dzēsti bez iepriekšēja brīdinājuma!
Terase un skatu platforma pieejama ikvienam apmeklētājam no ārpuses, neieejot ēkā - no 8:00 līdz 22:00.

In 2015 an international design competition was announce in witch competed a total of 15 candidates from Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, and Germany. However, by the decision of the panel, the building design - a silhouette of a dune - created by Audrius Ambrasas from Vilnius (Lithuania) was recognised as the best one.
The façade of the building is made of glass with copper finishing sheets. In order to prevent the copper from losing its dark golden tone over the time, these metal sheets have been specially treated by means of a technique used for the first time in Latvia. The highest point of the building is 30 metres , bet at 26 metres height there is a viewing platform from wich a sceninic view of Ventspils can be seen.
To register the cache as found, you need to take and attach to your log unique photograph that shows the view from the building's viewing platform (the highest point of the building) or terrace and shows yourself (no face required), your nickname or your GPS device. All logs that do not fulfill this criteria will be deleted without prior notice!
Viewing platform and terrace are available for all visitors from 8:00 to 22:00 o'clock without having to enter the building.
