Number 1700 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.
The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.
When I was fortunate enough to be awarded one of the Virtual Reward 3.0 caches I knew I had to add it to the A Fine Pair series. However, with the number of K6 phone box locations sadly constantly reducing, I needed to find a location where it was unlikely to be removed, London was the answer. I don't think you will find a finer A Fine Pair, well certainly not on this street anyway! Please don't be confused by the 'Dangerous Area' attribute, on the whole the area is perfectly safe, that is unless you are visiting with your other half who may have a taste for the finer things in life. Along this street you will find many high end fashion and jewellery retailers that could leave you considerably more out of pocket than before you came to find this cache!!
To claim this Virtual cache, simply complete the following tasks.
Enter the phone box and then answer the following questions sending me the answers via message centre or email.
1. On the telephone, what are the two words written on the large silver button?
2. Just below that button, there are three instructions, what is the second one?
3. Next to the keypad, there are four arrows pointing to the right, what is the function of the second on from top?
4. Upload a photo of yourself with your Found log (Don't send it to me)(face shot not necessary), or a piece of paper with your caching name clearly written on it, with this A Fine Pair in the background taken from the same position as the photo on the cache page.
Please note, any Found logs without the answers being sent and/or no photo uploaded will be deleted without notice!
