There is plenty of parking at the Hall and more in the adjacent roads, though I doubt it will be needed.
At the time of organising the, advice is to wear a mask indoors, if possible. I make no prediction what the advice will be on the day of the event! It is a large well ventilated hall, so we should all be able to stay as socially distanced as we're happy with. However, if it's not raining, and people prefer, we can congregate in the car park.
There will be hot drinks available - tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There will also be cake, all being well, a selection of cakes. And please note, if there is cake left over I'll be looking for volunteers to take the surplus home!
The Surrey events have been inspired by the success of the Sussex and Hampshire meets and are nominally held on the fourth Thursday of every month. (though not this month!) They are organized by local cachers and can be held anywhere in the county of Surrey.
