Geocache Description:

Cam and Dursley railway station is a station serving the village of Cam and the town of Dursley in Gloucestershire, England. It is located on the main Bristol to Birmingham line between Yate and Gloucester. It opened fully on 30th May 1994 after a campaign from local residents, and in the year 2020/21 42,818 passengers used it. The station is unstaffed and consists of two platforms linked by a footbridge, a car park which has CCTV and a bus stop with a bus shelter. There are passenger shelters on both platforms and there is a ticket machine and pasenger help points.

Passenger services are provided by Great Western Railway on an hourly basis along the Bristol to Gloucester route. It is the nearest station to the town of Wotton-Under-Edge which is seven miles away.

The cache is a small pot hidden right on the edge of the station, I noticed there was no cache here so thought I would place my first one! The pot is only big enough for a log so please bring your own pen. Good luck!
