There is nothing hidden at the headline coordinates. These are for the War Memorial.
The names of those who lost their lives are on the front of the memorial. On the right hand side of the memorial, there are the names of those who lost their lives in the Second World War. You will need to use both sides to get your answers.
To find the cache, you will need to solve the following:

C - The number of letters in his surname?
D - The number of letters in the third word of the top line of the main front facing stone?

F - How many men with the surname Kent died in the Second World War?
