One of the most Beautiful beaches in all the world, this cache takes you to one of the best views in all the world
Orient beach is one of the top 10 beaches in the world, it is located on st. maarten. The island is devided by the Dutch (where you dock if coming from a cruise ship) and the french (orient beach). A taxi will take you there from the port for $5 U.S. , once there, be prepared, the locals charge $6 a beach chair, and $3 for the umbrella... lol Really. anyway, down the beach you will see a hill, rather tall maybe 100ft? when you get to the hill, break out the gps and find this cache!
Orient beach is a clothing optional beach (french) and don't be suprised to see fully naked sun bathers too.

my 4 year old never even noticed i don't think, or maybe I was just too busy looking around myself to notice? it is worth the ride over and the short hike to the cache. WEAR SHOES!!!!!! I was not expecting to need them when I hid this, but did, my feet still hurt! The cache is a carry over from "orient yourself to orient beach" When I came a lookin, the original had been plundered and all I had were my travel bug, gps and camera. The original coordinants were N18'05.437 W063'01.351 but my gps told me that was in the ocean so good luck.
I turned this one into a virtual as it is too good a view not to have a cache on it. If your reading this you are probobly going on vacation soon and are doing your reserch to cache on vacation. Hats off to ya, That's how this cache got here, I did the same thing! This is a view I will never forget, it's a don't miss, a 5 star.
