It's flash mob time of the year. As we didn't get to do one last year, I'm doubly excited about this year. This will be my 10th flash mob if I counted right. I looked back to the mob I had 10 years ago and it was called Beach Balls & Bermudas so I'm going back to that title and throwing in flamingos as a tribute to Mama Jane. It's not much of a flash mob without her presence. I was also hopeful the King and Queen would wear their flamingo garb. I'm holding this one in Princeton to hopefully attract my friends from southern Illinois and my friends around Evansville and Vincennes.
If you've not attended a flash mob before, it's a gathering of people who show up in a flash of the eye, do something unexpected, and then quickly move on. So, dress in your beach gear and/or flamingo garb, bring some beach balls, and join us for some fun. The coords lead you to a spruce tree close to a band stand which I'm hoping we can use for the event. If not, we'll gather nearby.
The first 16 attending will receive a souvenir.
