Grundzāles dabas taka tika izveidota kopā ar estrādi 2013. gadā tāpēc tās sākums ir estrādes parka tālākajā stūrī. Dabas taka ir patlaban diezgan neliela, aptuveni 1km gara. Taka pieguļ Palsas upes vienam no straujākajiem posmiem un tajā var novērot dažādus dolomīta atsegumus kā arī upes baseinam raksturīgus augus. Atkarībā no gada ar arī novērot aizsargājamus augus kā Baltijas Dzegužpirkstīti (Dactylorhiza baltica). Netālu no slēpņa var arī ieraudzīt samērā lielu avotiņu kuru ar humoru varētu saukt par "Palsas Rumbu". Dabas taku ir plānots paplašināt pa upes otru pusi veidojot gājēju tiltu pār upi kur agrāk bijis koka tilts kuru izmantoja pat ar smago tehniku padomju laikos.

The Grundzāle nature trail was established back in 2013 together with the open air stage there fore its begining is found at the farthest part of the park surrounding it. The trail is rather short for now only about 1km in length. The trail is adjacent to one of the Palsa rivers quickest flowing parts and there are many exposures of dolomite bedrock that make interesting formations as well as native plantlife to the basin of the river. Depending on the year you might see rare and protected plants like one of the orchids (Dactylorhiza baltica). Not too far from the cache there is a rather large spring that people around here call "Palsa rapid". The nature trail is expected to be expanded to the other side of the river with a pedestrian bridge connecting both sides. There used to be a wooden bridge back in soviet times that was used by heavy machinery.
