Oklahoma Fall Fest 2021 - 20th Celebration
This is an exciting year for Fall Fest as we are now one of the top 4 longest running events in Geocaching history!!
Schedule:
9:00-10:30 Turn in Temp Cache paperwork/coordinates at pavilion. (We will have paper forms for writing your Temp Cache coordinates down on available Friday afternoon thru Saturday morning until 10:00 a.m.)
10:15 Ammo Can Toss Contest near pavilion - hosted by MT50

12:00 Announcements and Coordinate Distribution
4:00 Corn Hole
6:00 Dinner Walking Tacos will have an ammo can for donations to help pay for the cost of food.

PRIZES:
Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. will be a Celebration Event where prizes are handed out and winners announced. Arrive at the pavilion at 9:30 am. Everyone who found even one of the temporary caches will have their name in the drawing for prizes. Names will be drawn one at a time until all prizes have been given out. We will go through everyone's name as many times as it takes to give out all the prizes.
In addition, there will be a Bonus Prize drawing for those people who either found all the Temp Caches OR participated in all the game activities.
TEMPORARY CACHE HIDES -
The Ultimate Geocache Creation Contest! Bring a container you would like to the participants to find. You know, that idea that you’ve always wanted to try or know wouldn’t last in the real world. It does not need a log sheet. Just put a code word inside so finders can write that down on their Fall Fest Log Sheet. Hide it in the park then bring the coordinates to the pavilion by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Coordinates for all geocaches (permanent and temporary) will be collected and distributed in the pavilion by 12:00 pm after any necessary announcements. Any corrections to coordinates after this will be posted on a sign at the pavilion. These temporary caches will not remain a permanent cache in the park and MUST be gathered up before the awards at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. Prizes for finding these temporary caches will be distributed on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. at the pavilion.
If you would like to plant a permanent geocache in this park you will need a general permit form from the Twin Bridges State Park office in order to place it in the park. Please plan accordingly.

COLOR HUNT - Hosted by Extreme Mom
Pick up the paper for this game at the pavilion on Saturday at noon. You will have to find all the containers marked "COLOR HUNT" to locate a numbered crayon to color the corresponding numbered squares on the paper. When you have found them all you will be able to see the coordinates for the final container. (ALL SQUARES MUST BE COLORED to get credit for finishing it!) Take a sticker out of the final container and attach it to the paper. Turn in completed papers to Extreme Mom at the pavilion before prizes awarded.
NOTES:
We will also have a variety of permanent geocaches publishing on Geocaching.com before and possibly throughout the weekend so be prepared!

IDEAS AND VOLUNTEERS WELCOME!! Contact us!
TAG has reserved the pavilion for this quiet, secluded park! Organizers will begin setting up as early as 7:00 am. There is no preregistration or waiver signature needed since TAG will be purchasing the required insurance policy. Please indicate on your event log how many people you plan to be in your party so we can keep a headcount for prizes.
