Leadenham War Memorial was unveiled on 4 December 1920 by Major General Sir Arthur Reginald Hoskins. The two stepped base is surmounted by an octagonal plinth, tapering shaft lantern cross and plain Latin Cross. Inscription on tablets on the sides of the plinth. Figure of a knight depicted in the 6 o'clock face of the lantern; figure of St George on the 9 o'clock face; the Tree of Knowledge on the 12 o'clock face; figure of a pilgrim on the 3 o'clock face.
