Bleasby War Memorial is a Grade II listed structure, achieving the status on 30 May 2019.
Permission was granted on 28 June 1920 for the erection of a memorial cross made of Cornish granite in the churchyard of St Marys church. The memorial was then unveiled on 2 August 1920.
It is a tapered plinth on a low square base. The plinth carries a Celtic cross with Celtic style carvings.
The memorial was cleaned and restored in 2015.

Look for the gravestone closest to the memorial. It should be a male who has lost the last letter of his surname. The year his wife died is ABCD.
