ST PETER, NEWTON ON TRENT
St Peter, Newton on Trent is a Grade II* listed building, achieving the listing on 16 December 1964.
The building dates from the C12th, C13th and C15th with a total restoration in 1876.
The make up of the building is a nave, western tower, chancel, north aisle and vestry. The tower is from the earliest build of the church in C12th and is in 4 stages.
All the fittings are from the 1876 restoration with the exception of font which is a C12th recut tub with slight tapering sides.
