At the above coordinates, you will find a structure. Inside this structure you will find a plaque that will give you the answers you need. To log this visit, go ahead and log your smiley and send me the answers to the following questions. I may be gone on a across America cache hunt and may or maynot have internet access. I will delete any
that have not e-mailed me in due time. DO NOT put the answers, even if encrypted in your online log!
1. Who delivered the dedicatory speech?

3. During what year was the speaker born?
4. During what year did the speaker die?
