VVG Victor Valley Geocachers Meet and Greet #60 - California Reopening Edition
CoronaVirus...... California began the stay at home orders on March 19th of 2020. The struggle has been real. Social Distancing, self-quarantine, in some case, isolation from love ones have been the practice. During this time, toilet paper, bottled water were the hot items. Purell, face mask, sanitation wipes were most likely in a every backpack, bag, or desk. With several perdicted spikes in the last year and many choosing to vacinate, the worst is behind us.
Summer is here and the weather is warming up. It is that time to get out and enjoy the outdoors, explore the unexplored, and have people contact. Start off by attending the 60th High Desert Meet and Greet. Stop by for a cup of deliciousness goodness or something else. If donuts are your thing, we will have Kristy Kreme waiting for you. If you have never attended a meet and greet, we encourage you to stop by

If you're new to Geocaching this would be a great opportunity to meet other geocachers. It is always a pleasure meeting geocahers and talk of geocaching adventures. Geocacher or not, newbie or veteran; everyone is welcome. Come share your caching stories, discover and trade trackables, talk puzzles, and enjoy time with fellow geocachers! We are being hopeful, but by then, we may not be required to wear face coverings. We will meet outside, under the gazebo. You are free to wear one comfortably and I promise you, there isn't any mask shaming. Do whatever you feel is necessary and comfortable. Please keep watch of this event for any potential changes.
