Join our UUGeo Team for our first CITO in the North Country of New York State. We will be cleaning and clearing the various nature trails at the Red Barn Wetland Preserve in Morristown, NY. The trustees of Morristown welcome geocaching volunteers to help maintain their nature preserve which features easy scenic trails, wildlife viewing, and a blue heron rookery. Trail maintence tools and trash bags will be provided. Please wear protective clothing and bring work gloves. Enjoy finding four new caches while we clean and clear the 1.8 miles of trails. Refreshments provided at the conclusion. Be aware for those who are approaching from the east (Ogdensburg), the bridge is out on River Rd, so you should turn right on Main St. from Rte 37, then left on Bay St., and then left on River Rd.
