The Summer Solstice. First day of summer and the longest day of the year. It's a great excuse to go caching all day and cap it off by watching the sunset together. The Solstice and official beginning of summer is at 8:32. Sunset will be at 9:09 Seating is limited but there's plenty of grass - bring a folding chair so you can enjoy it comfortably. Bring a jacket too because once the sun is down, it gets cold fast. There's a lab adventure here too! The park closes 1/2 hour after sunset.
