Farnsfield War Memorial is a Grade II listed structure, having achieved the listing on 27 August 2019.
It is constructed from Whitby stone and was unveiled on 24 August 1922 by Captain Sherbrooke and dedicated by the Ven. W. J. Conybeare, Archdeacon of Nottingham.
The original memorial plaque is weather eroded, although still present. A replacement was installed in the 1990s and paid for by the Farnsfield branch of the Royal British Legion.
