MIDWEST GEOBASH IS BACK FOR ITS 18th YEAR!
Join us for FIVE INCREDIBLE DAYS of Fun, Friends, and Fellowship July 20-24, 2022 at Fulton County Fairgrounds in Wauseon, Ohio
Often imitated, but never duplicated - MWGB has become the must-do social event in the Geocaching world since its inception as a casual camping gather in 2005 at Harrison Lake State Park in Ohio. In 2022 we're back in Fulton County Ohio near where it all started with our venue only miles from the original event location.
The event focuses on our core principles of Fun, Friends, and Fellowship with 5 days of activities dedicated to making lasting friendships while having a great time geocaching.
Join over 2000 of your closest geocaching pals for fun activities such as on-site caching, lab caches, over 1500 on-site Geocachers camping with themed decorations, a Poker Run, and even a Treasure Hunt! See the spectacular vendors! Watch as our night-time fires are lit! Help hundreds of trackables on their way and participate in daily swag trading sessions with dozens of fellow swag collectors!

Yes Ladies and Gentlemen, this year's theme is Feather Road (Wasteland) and our Mascot will be the Buzzard!
As usual we will be giving away over $5000 in prizes! 
- There will be a campsite decorating contest with the top three winning awesome prizes and a number of honorable mention awards!
- Our WORLD FAMOUS MWGB Poker Run with tons of prizes given away to TOP hands AND the WORST 5-card hand winning awesome prizes! - This year we'll be giving away even more prizes!
- There will be a Treasure Hunt where EVERY TICKET is a winner of a fabulous custom trackable and some will instantly win Tablets, GPS Units, or other top prizes!
- Play Bingo! Meet people! Then turn in your completed Bingo card for a shot at a fabulous prize!
In the past 15 years we've given away THOUSANDS in prizes, including GPS units, Tablets, Smart Home Devices, Smart GPS Watches, coins, tags, and much more!
As always registration and attendance is completely free. We have TONS of onsite camping available for you to get the full on-venue three day experience of bash. Of course, if you're from out of town or prefer a soft bed and a warm shower at the end of the day, there are also several nearby hotels for the Hotel Gypsies to stay at. There will be many new caches in the area for next year for you to find while you participate in event activities.
The event week begins on Wednesday July 20th 2022. The venue opens at exactly 4:00PM for camping set up. NO EARLY ARRIVALS (we need time to get everything set up before you show up)
As in years past, we'll be hosting our kickoff party on Wednesday night.
There will be lots of fun activities to keep you busy on Thursday around the local area
We'll host our famous poker run Friday morning, with the poker run prizes awarded around 4pm
Saturday is the Main Event!

Camping Is AWESOME
Camp with over 1500 fellow cachers onsite! Experience the full fellowship of Midwest Geobash! Campsites include shared power and water, limited RV sites with full hookups are available.
With over 550 campsites priced at only $50 - $75 for the entire weekend Bash camping is super fun and a great value.
