Here's the perfect place, and hopefully a perfect time, when we can gather safely at an appropriate distance for some in-person social interaction.
Join us between 7pm and 8pm on Saturday, May 1 in the picturesque open area along the Delaware River, beside Riverside Creamery in Port Jervis, for a time of socializing. If you choose to get some of the creamery's great ice cream, desserts, or other grub, you must wear your mask to enter to place your order and to pick it up at the outside window. Then we'll hang out in the open area off to the side near the posted coordinates. Attendees, vaccinated or not, will be expected to social-distance and wear a mask any time you might get within six feet of another person not in your "bubble". There is plenty of area for us to stand around and social-distance and yet still mingle.
Come and join us for the fun! Please post your will-attend with your expected head-count so I can have an idea of how many will be coming. There's no need to purchase anything or go inside the creamery to attend this event. It will be nice to see you, ice cream or not.
Riverside Creamery is aware of this event and has granted permission for the event as described here.
