Views from the highest summit in Western Africa (4165m)
To be valid, your log must contain a picture of you with the metallic structure that stands on top of Mount Toubkal.
Our team of five, with a guide, made the climb in 2h15 from the base camp before sunrise.
No climbing equipment was needed in that period of the year but make sure you wear gloves and a winter hat. A cold wind froze us up there.
The view is superb on the surrounding Atlas range, well deserved after a weeklong trek. You can go the short way from Marrakech through Imlil and straight to the base camp (2 days all-way).
