Buļļupe (Staizupe) ir Sedas kreisā krasta pieteka Burtnieku novadā. Burtnieku un Rencēnu pagasta robežupe, garums aptuveni 18 km. Sākas no grāvju sistēmas Pupāju mežā dienvidaustrumos no Lizdēniem, plūst ziemeļrietumu virzienā pa Burtnieka līdzenumu. Upes gultne visā garumā pārrakta, iztaisnota un ievadīta Sedas upē. Lielākās pietekas ir Kančupe (12 km) un Ostermaņu strauts (7 km, labās).

Bullupe (Staizupe) is a tributary of the left bank of the Seda river in Burtnieki municipality. Burtnieki and Renceni parish border river, length about 18 km. It starts from a system of ditches in the Pupaji forest southeast of Lizdeni, flowing in a northwestern direction along the Burtnieks plain. The entire length of the riverbed was dug up, straightened and entered into the river Seda. The largest tributaries are Kancupe (12 km) and Ostermani stream (7 km, right).
