Here is the original cache description:
"Cache can be found by traveling west from Ibapah for about 2 miles then south on a ranch road to the ranch house which sits up against the hill. This will also get you across the small stream that you'll need to cross. Ask permission to proceed through their property toward the cache. You can drive to a point about .6 miles from the cache if you have a vehicle with good ground clearance. The .6 mile walk is slightly downhill but through sage brush and pricklies. Wear long pants and your legs won't end up looking like mine. Don't forget to close any gates you open. There is an oak stake at the location with the lats and lons printed on it as well as a plastic container with a description and log. XXXXXXXXXXX On revisiting the cache on August 7,2001 we found a discrepancy between our two GPSs. Mine showed 114.00.000 X 40.00.000 while my brother's showed 114.00.048 X 39.59.998. That could mean an error of 12 feet in latitude and 223 feet in longitude. In other words, the cache could be 223 feet further west and 12 feet further south than the listed coordinates. The original plastic cache was destroyed by cattle and has been replaced with an ammo box."
