NIGHT TIME EGG HUNT

THE BUNNY FOUND SOME MORE EGGS AND HEARD THAT GEOCACHERS LIKE TO HUNT FOR HIDDEN THINGS.

EVENT START TIME   7:30PM        SUNSET AT  8:00PM   

CROSSKEYS PARK

This is a night time event.  Hunting for hidden eggs in the park. All ages are welcome.

Event start will be 730pm with social time and prizes given out. At 8pm (sunset) the egg hunting will begin. Hunting will last aproximately a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes of time. Prizes and social time after the hunting has ended. With event ending approximately at 9pm. If there are bonus eggs still not found at this point then a second round of hunting will begin for geocachers that want to stay and look for bonus eggs. 

Children are encouraged to come no matter their age. It is suggested that parents, grandparents or otherwise supervise their children because of the dark and terrian,  There will be a seperate kids area for kids 13 and younger. Kids are also welcome to search the adult area if they choose. It will be on your honor for adults not to search in the kids area until after the first round of egg hunting. 

It is suggested that you bring a flashlight or other safe light source.  The event will start before sunset but it will be getting dark and a light will be helpful to finding eggs. A GPS device will be needed, phone, Garmin, or other supported device using GPS coordinates. Bring your own container or basket to hold your found eggs.  You may bring any other geocaching tools you would like to bring but it is not required.  You are welcome to bring lawn chairs to sit in for before, during and after the event. 

Listed are three parking locations. The one closest to the event has room for about 15 cars.The other location has room for more cars and a short walk on the side walk.  This event is on fairly level grass and would not 100 percent be wheelchair accessible, though some eggs will be wheelchair or low mobility accessible. 

There will be a few rules to hunting the eggs and will be given out at the event.  A few prizes will also be given at the beginning and end of the event.

Also, note there are no bathrooms at this park.  There are gas stations nearby, less then 5 minute drive away.
