Welcome to the 9th Ocala First To Find Frenzy Fest! We have a bunch of new caches planned for this years event and have our team prepped and ready. Due to the Corona Virus situation, we've had to change a few things again this year. The event will be held on our property in Reddick, Fl and will be outside in an open air environment. We have 9 acres out here, so there's plenty of room for everyone to attend safely. There will be a raffle that will start about an hour after the event start time, and a 50/50 drawing.
PLEASE NOTE: We are going to try to load the data onto your GPS device at the event, but you will need to bring your USB cord so we can connect your device to a laptop. We managed to get nearly all of the gps's loaded successfully for the last 8 years, but had trouble with a few cacher's Smartphones and a few older GPS's. If you own a Smartphone or an older GPS, you may want to bring a back-up gps just in case we can't get it loaded. They entire file with all of the caches will be available by e-mail AFTER the event if you would like to have the list that way. There will be a sheet that you can write your e-mail address on. Also, in order to make it fair for everyone, we will be asking you to put your name on your GPS before we load the coordinates on them and we will be holding on to ALL GPS's until the event ends. At that time, we will hand them out and "Let the Frenzy begin!"
NOTE: We have decided to provide Tas-T-O Doughnuts this year as they're always yummy, and we will have cold bottled water. There will be hand sanitizer and tongs on the table with the doughnuts. Please use both of them! If we catch you with your unsanitized mitts in the doughnut box, we will feed you to the squirrels!!! (Just kidding)
