Geocache Description:

This is the second in a series of caches in the vicinity of Castle Rocks and dedicated to the classic movie "Princess Bride". After finding "Have Fun..." this cache will involve a short hike and a bit of rock scrambling. There is one waypoint on your way to the cache and it is a metal tag attached to a rock.

From the same parking spot used for "Have Fun Storming the Castle!" your route to this cache should be pretty obvious, unless you get a Navdog urge and decide to make this more of an adventure... The cache name is taken from the lines of Vizzini, the evil genius who proves that he is too smart for his own good in the poisonous showdown with Westley. You should find that there's a pretty nice game trail that will lead you most of the way out to the "draw bridge". Cross the draw bridge and when you reach the castle walls you are near the first tag which is in a classic geo-pile. From this lookout position you can see where the sandwich sized tupperware cache is hidden, but we suggest you take the less direct route. This is where the more serious rock scrambling takes place. Best to leave the kids and dogs behind, wear your boots, and bring lots of water. When you find it don't forget to jot down the other half (see link below) of the starting point coords to "INCONCEIVABLE!" if you plan to complete the series. Might as well if you've come this far!! So from here you are on your own with only Vizzini's words to guide you... "Now a clever man would put the cache under this rock, because he would know that only a great fool would reach for what he was given. I am not a great fool, so I can clearly not choose the rock in front of you. But you must have known I was not a great fool, you would have counted on it, so I can clearly not choose the rock in front of me! You only think you guessed wrong - that's what's so funny! I switched rocks when your back was turned!! Ha-ha, you fool! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders, the most famous of which is 'Never get involved in a land war in Asia', but only slightly less famous is this: 'Never go in against a geocacher when rocks are on the line!!'. Hahahahahaha!" Okay if this didn't help check the hint for a spoiler...

REMEMBER! you MUST get this cache:

Have Fun Storming the Castle!

BEFORE you can find THIS one!:

INCONCEIVABLE!!
