An outdoor event at Heritage Park Plaza to enjoy the bright lights of the beautifully decorated tree. As weather is unpredictable, especially in this winter season, the event is only lasted for half an hour. Please dress accordingly and feel free to stay and chat as long as you like or your schedule allows.
