Candler Park Conservancy CITO

When: 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday Nov. 7.

Event: We are working with the Candler Park Conservancy to clean up portions of Candler Park. The work will involve cleaning up the area around the park's main entrance from McLendon Avenue and preparing the area for the new Amy Erwin Memorial Garden. We will provide hand sanitizer (and we also will have on hand disposable face masks which are recommended but not mandated in the state of Georgia). Please bring work gloves and comfortable shoes and clothes. We look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Make sure you log a note saying "Will Attend" so we can have a good head count for the event.

Bonus: Earn the CITO 2020 Season 2 souvenir by attending a CITO event through Dec. 31.

Note: If there are severe weather issues on the day of the event, we will cancel the event and reschedule the event. Please do not show up if there is severe weather. We will monitor the weather the day of the event and will make an announcement on the this cache page, should the event be cancelled.
