Yay! I finally found our road, a two mile stretch of Airport Drive between Nine Mile Road and Hanover Road. I've scouted some of the other adopted roads and while this isn't the busiest, it does have some traffic. VDOT will supply safety vests and warning signs so we're covered there. I've committed us (or at least me) for two pickups a year for three years. We're going to be parking in a lot behind a 7-11 at Nine Mile and Airport and I will work on the logistics of how to make sure we only have to walk one way. I'll need to know ASAP how many can make it so I can requests vests so even if you're a maybe, let me know. I also need to know how many under 18 we might have. Hoping the weather is nice but if not, we can reschedule. Looking forward to seeing everyone!
