This cache has been placed to bring you to the St Thomas Becket Parish Church, Clapham, Bedford. It is a Multi-Cache and the container is not at the published coordinates.
St Thomas Becket was born on the 21st December, c.1119, and was Archbishop of Canterbury from 1162 until his death on the 29th December, 1170.
The Church of St Thomas Becket, Clapham, Bedford became a listed building on the 13th July, 1904. This beautiful church was built in the Anglo-Saxon style, possibly in the early 10th century. It has narrow, semi-circular-headed windows. The tower measures 26 meters (85ft) in height. The church has a large graveyard, however you will not need to walk around this to collect the required information to find the cache.
To find the cache:
Go to the published coordinates. (You don’t have to go into the church, the required information is on the outside wall of the church). There you will find a set of six digits with an arrow pointing up to them. The six digits are ABC DEF. You can then find the cache at:

W 000 29. B ((A+B)*3) (A+B+D)
The cache is a 35mm film canister. It is NOT in the churchyard. Bring your own pen/pencil. Happy caching!
