This is the Monthly Morning Meeting Geocaching Geoevent.

Saturday November 14th, Starting at 8:30am till 9:45am, join a group of Geocachers for food conversation and clues, eating food is optional, Conversation is expected 😉.

While breakfast may not always be the most leisurely meal of the day, a study found that people who eat breakfast daily were less at risk for high cholesterol and blood pressure than those who missed their morning meal. Additionally, the study showed that those who ate in the morning made smarter eating choices throughout the day.
