CITO 2020, Season 2 Souvenir Cache In Trash Out Event

The goal of this event is to pick up trash at two picnic areas along the Blue Ridge Parkway, Craggy and Pisgah while still practicing Social Distancing!

Per the National Park Service guide lines, each participant will need to sign a group participation form. 

A representative for Friends of the Blue Ridge Parkway will be present to offer guidance and provide safety vest, grippers, gloves, and trash bags. 

We will meet at the listed coordinates which is the Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center at 9am.  From the meeting spot you will be able to choose what direction you'd like to travel - North to Craggy or South to Pisgah.  Remember, we will be social distancing so you must drive yourself to the picnic areas. 

At 12pm we will meet back at the listed coordinates, Blue Ridge Visitor Center to return all equipment and to discard trash.
